From my experience in dealing with PhilPost, it doesn't sell boxes. Parcels can be sent to most nations: I have done this successfully to Australia. PhilPost has an annoying requirement that boxes must be completely taped. By that I mean the tape has to cover the whole box. Enormously wasteful but it probably thinks this reduces pilfering.
