Re: Expdia & Philippine Airlines Extreemly Bad Customer Service. 10 years ago. It seems pretty clear what happened. The OP booked "2 Plus weeks ago" for a flight on March 3rd. Got a notice from Expedia to move the booking to the 4th and to click on unacceptable if the OP did not want that. Expedia said they would call within 48 hours.

Well, so far Philippines Airlines customer service is getting worse and worse by the day. We have been their frequent fliers for over 5 years where my husband travels up to 10 times year from Manila to LA and I travel up to 3 times a year same rout.
