   It will cost significantly more in money and time to try to visit the places you mention using Uber than renting a car. You will not pay anything or very little for parking on Long Island. Downtown areas have meters--for example ours is $0.25 per half hour. Some are slightly higher, but like $0.25 for 20 minutes.

Both within a mile or so of the Carle Place and Mineola LIRR stations, both of which are mid Nassau on the LIRR main line. Report inappropriate content.
