HEP card question. We are planning a 12 days trip to Hokkaido, late September. We have the following route planned, I am trying to figure out if I need the HEP card, or just ETC. I was trying to look at the web sites but the toll costs are not clear to me. I know that the HEP card for 12 days will be 10,500 Yen.
Returned from a week's holiday yesterday. Myself,husband and 9 year old son shared a room on the 4th floor overlooking the pool with partial sea view which is what we had requested. The room was spotless with very effective air conditioning. The shampoos and shower gels were replenished every day as were clean towels and bedding.
