    Bank of America is not concerned with their customers. I informed them I was a victim of fraud and asked to be reimbursed since Bank of America failed to protect me. No warning. I provided proof of the fraud but they chose not to respond to me. I lost s lot of money but no word from the bank. Protect yourself. Do not bank with Bank of Smetics.

In addition to stealing your money via fraudulent travel practices, they will spend a huge amount of time and effort trying to remove legitimate reviews from this and other sites, in order to hide their fraudulent behavior. I booked a room with them in Cancun.
