    5 years ago. 1) There are no HSBC ATMs in greenbelt and at the airport. All others WILL charge you an added 200 pesos per withdrawal and usually only dispense 10,000 pesos each time with an international debit card (only some ATM machines accept an international debit card).

For example if you buy a loaf of bread at the grocery store for $3.99 you can get cash back as well usually in $20 increments. So if you want $100 it would be $103.99. for the bread and $100 cash.
