    If I were making this drive, I'd cut over to the west on I-10 to pick up 27 and drive it all of the way. Use Google maps to "see" the route. Put in Tampa > Bluffton, GA > Rome, GA > Chickamauga, GA. It's pretty much a straight shot north.
