Sent, but just so everyone knows, this number is not some magic bullet. Many folks have reported that the PC line just dumps you into the general queue now. We'd advise most folks to call the loyalty department at 888-999-4900 for inquiries related to Hertz Gold.

Platinum is VVip service that is mostly given to celebrity/high profile business people. A friend of mine was traveling with Andre Agassi once and he is a member, basically a Hertz person meets him at the curb outside bagage claim with his car and he simply drives away. same thing with departures, someone takes the car at the curb, no shuttles ever!
