I usually use Wally Park, when I park at the airport. Last trip, though, I came out to find a bunch of people waiting. Some said they had been waiting 30 minutes for a shuttle. Lately they just seem disorganized. So, I guess I'd have to recommend against using them. Unless its a short trip, I just uber it to/from the airport.
