Answer 1 of 13: Is there a way that I can log in without having to answer the stupid CAPTCHA questions? The pictures are too small and grainy making them hard to see and answer questions such as which pictures contain a bus, car, street sign, road, etc.
It's slow and awkward, but it did work... the only issue is that it's only allowing check-in for the first leg of the journey (ie. London to Beijing ). Oh well, I have my seat at least for the first part and I'll go to the desk in plenty of time as I was expecting to anyway.
