I have been a Lebara customer for more than 6 months now in the UK. I ordered a sim card from the Lebara UK website for my wife last week. On receiving the sim I tried to top-up the sim but it failed 3 times a total of £25 was charged to my card. I called customer care on 0870 075 5588 to discuss my issue.
I have forgot my password to my business account and have gone through the 'forgot your password' steps to get an email sent out with a link to reset my password but I have not received an email (not in junk either).
I purchased a Lebara SIM at Sydney airport which supposedly included a £10 credit for the UK. I also purchased an EE SIM for my iPad at the same time. This has worked brilliantly in the UK, but be warned as you move into the Irish Republic things are not so good. The Lebara SIM has given us problems ever since we have arrived in the UK.

Don't buy a Lebara Mobile SIM! NEVER!!! Lebara SIM suck; Lebara Online Service (they call it exceptional when waiting to talk to them on the phone) sucks even more. To cut a long story short, I ordered a Lebara Sim card. It didn't work, I couldn't make or receive any calls, I couldn't use it to download data. It simply didn't work!
