1. Re: Expedia.com Car Rental Question. I suggest you reserve the rental directly from the rental car company rather than Expedia. You can use Expedia or other third party sites to compare rates, but then go directly to the rental car company's website to reserve. It's better not to get a third party involved, especially if there are any issues.

I reported expedia to BBB (Better Business Bureau) at the end of June, and with 2 days received emails from Expedia via BBB that my itins would be refunded. Less than 7 days later I have a full refund on my credit card. If you have been trying unsuccessfully to get a refund from Expedia, you can file a complaint against them with BBB online.
7. Re: Refund from expedia. 2 years ago. From a previous post by Rose, it appears that the flights were outwith Australia with the likes of Aegean and Europa. Also seems that Expedia had travel credits/vouchers from those airlines but Rose wanted them to be extended or get a cash refund. Report inappropriate content.
