However, if anything needs changing on your flight (s) - and that could include schedule changes from the airline (s) - you will still have a middleman to deal with.

    They should have a customer service link on their website with an address. If there is more than one address, send copies of your letter to several. Include "Attention: Customer Relations" (or something simlar), in their address. State your problem clearly and state what you want in compensation.

    At least they got the booking from travelocity. anyone have some good experience with travelocity? especially if your flight had an issue and was changed but was resolved properly. most posts involve complaints, but i feel mostly people that have a bad deal complain, happy ones don't post that here. thanks for your help
