I reported expedia to BBB (Better Business Bureau) at the end of June, and with 2 days received emails from Expedia via BBB that my itins would be refunded. Less than 7 days later I have a full refund on my credit card. If you have been trying unsuccessfully to get a refund from Expedia, you can file a complaint against them with BBB online.

After checking the BBB..ca it says Expedia.ca has a rating of F and is not BBB acredited whereas Travelocity.ca has an A+ and is BBB acredited. I'm just wondering just how many people have had a good experience with Expedia.ca or should I book through someone else? Report inappropriate content.
I dont think the BBB actually does anything except forward complaints from consumers and keep track of responses. When a business receives a BBB complaint they often make an effort to resolve the issue so they can keep a clean rating. In that sense a complaint can be helpful, but they have no authority to order a business to do anything.
