    I live nearby and walk to (or drive to) Yellow Cup frequently on my way to Memorial Park. Have never had an issue finding parking. The coffee is great, the ambiance is welcoming (indoor and outdoor, dog-friendly seating), and the staff members are always very friendly. When you have a baby and a toddler in tow friendly staff is everything.
