Or optionally you can check with any operator who have listed on Trip advisor and have a good traveller review. Thanks.
I usually book through Tour Radar as its a bit cheaper but there is nothing preventing you from booking directly on the operator's site. - When you book through Tour Radar, the same as when you book through a third party flight booking site, you are subject to the terms and conditions of both Tour Radar and the Tour Operator.

I should also add that their reviews elsewhere all are in the 4-5 range. So perhaps you should encourage others to leave a review on big consumer review sites like Yelp and Google. I cant help but think you have somewhat of a bias here as it sounds like you are in travel biz. Some comments on thsi forum could be toned in a friendlier manner.

This is a complaint of the tour company, not a tour. My wife and I have travelled with Adventures abroad on numerous, satisfactory tours. In 2020, we deposited $1200 for a trip to Ukraine, etc., and $1000 for a trip to India. Both trips were cancelled by the company-covid.
Airline told me that i need to call justfly to add the infant, and price for adding infant should be between $80 to $100. When i called justfly, their asked me for $200 extra for adding infant, and that bumped up the ticket cost to $1050. Almost, $150 more than the competitors, who were giving pricing with the infant.
