I have had experience where certain rental companies will have a line over some of the others but that is typical in most airports.
I will say I have used Enterprise more than the others simply because they had the best price and were most convenient ( they will come pick you up). And - I like renting off site- it's crazy at the airport. But, when I have rented on site...service has always been as expected. Edited: 6 years ago.
