8 years ago. HI, I just booked our rental car for our July 2016 2-week trip to Irelan. I wanted to pass along a few ways to get discounts. We are AAA members and our AAA discount was able to get us a 10% discount for a 13 day rental. When you book your car, use your AAA CDP code in the CDP# field or tell the agent that you are AAA.

Thanks. It appears there's no AAA discount on Hertz right now except for weekend and weekly rentals (I'm renting for 4 weekdays). Hertz has a 25% off discount coupon code, but it only allows one CDP code, so it won't let me enter my AAA information to get the free second driver.

If insurance was included in your booking, then it should have been reflected on the booking - you should have had something to show that insurance was included.
The T&C's for that CDP code cleary states: * Offer only valid if purchased using Visa Classic and quoting CDP 618583 (Classic) at time of reservation to receive their discount * A VISA Classic credit card to be presented at rental counter and for payment. Six of us in a family group travelled from Australia. We travelled in the shuttle from LAX to the site to collect the car.
