7 years ago. I recently booked my first trip with Frontier, flying next Monday. After booking, I signed up for their Early Returns program, and then added my ER number to my existing booking. After doing so, something called a Credit Shell of $18.00 showed up on my booking. When I tried using this to choose a seat, it wouldn't let me.
