5. Re: East side vs. west side. 13 years ago. At this time of year, 8-10 degrees in Las Vegas is a moot point. Hot is hot!! Focus on keeping hydrated. If you are looking at triple digets, a few degrees won't make a difference. Drink plenty of water. VegasSue.
