Meh try alternate methods. They send me deal notices and I click it opens the App and fails on a regular basis, yet I can book tickets if I try to. Oddly they seem to struggle with basic technology, but in this day and age there are enough options to find one that works. As noted something as simple as switching browsers can solve the problem.
