    Answer 1 of 2: Using the web for TripAdvisor I would like to find a hotel and or restaurant listings near a specific address and or via a map. So say I'm on business and I want to search for hotels near a business address to see what's near.

    There you get driving directions, not walking, but it still gives you an idea of map and distance but you must have an address or cross streets. "Times Square" won't work. I used 1515 Broadway which is an address I happen to know is at Times Square. They often give you an option of 2 addresses (like they did with 1515 Broadway).

I feel your pain, as I often have to do the same thing: know the meeting venue, but often need to find convenient lodging for the meetings, etc.
