    Public transit is simple enough. Get yourself into Manhattan from where you are staying, then travel to Penn Station. Once at Penn, you will take the LIRR to Westbury and a taxi then to your venue. Easy, but a bit time consuming. Allow 2 hours. Be sure the train you are taking will stop at Westbury.

    Yes, you can’t rely on anything cell-phone dependent here. Why not just buy a good paper map? We use the DeLorme Atlas and Gazetteer. It has extra information compared to GPS maps.

    6. Re: Pacific Highway 1 - Google maps. 5 years ago. You can easily add waypoints to force Google maps to take the route you want, although you can only add so many, (ten I believe). Anyway you can type in the city or you can do a map search so you just put the X on Highway one and hit save.
