Harbour Point and Sunset Point are the same property in Shelter Cove and they are not on the beach. It's basically a choice between having a view of the marina or sunset over the sound . Harbor Club is in Sea Pines and is a little closer to the ocean, but IMO is a bit more upscale. The Spa is an entirely different resort all together.
