Here is my experience: WARNING: Vio.com are scammers. In addition to stealing your money via fraudulent travel practices, they will spend a huge amount of time and effort trying to remove legitimate reviews from this and other sites, in order to hide their fraudulent behavior. I booked a room with them in Cancun.

Legit but awful. Not a scam. Just a dreadful site, best avoided. If people don’t look at the website address carefully after googling a hotel name they somehow believe they are booking direct with the hotel, but it’s a third-party booking site, with restrictive Terms and Conditions and hefty fees tacked on.

The best price I could get on published fares to Rome, at the times/ flights I wanted was ~$1700. I booked them on Wowfare for ~$1000. Saving $1400 for me and my wife is not a small thing. After clicking "purchased" I was told by Wowfare that I would get my e-ticket in 30 minutes. This is exactly what happened.
