I called the corporate Hertz and they agreed, but could only provide me with a refund of $86.17, which only covers a portion of all the gas money I spent. They provided me with a phone number of (702) 262-7700 which is an automatic loop. The said I would need to contact the direct location for further discussion. I'm unable to reach them.

That’s why Expedia offered to credit my account $200. I should mention prior to departing on my trip I contacted my credit card benefits department. They confirmed their benefits included Germany and emailed a letter stating they provide CDW protection along with their 24/7 contact phone numbers.

We need a car that can accommodate all our luggage. (Minivan or Full-size SUV). Through my Amex card I got "President's Circle" status at Hertz.
For the record, this review covers our visit to Aruba from Sunday, October 13, 2019 to Saturday, October 19, 2019. First things first, as with other aspects of arriving in Aruba on a Sunday, our experience with the rental car portion of our vacation was wonderful. The office was quiet, the staff were polite and professional and the car was ready.
