    001 is the code when you call North America from France (actually it is 00 + 1). When calling from North America it is 011+country code+local code (city or region)+phone number. Be careful France uses 01 for Paris, 04 is the Riviera, 06 for cell phones but you should NEVERD dial the 0 in the regional code. Report inappropriate content.
