I just went to the Seattle Attractions website and it looks as if you can download and print a 16 page document that has descriptions of each attraction with discount coupons or instructions for further downloading attached to each paragraph. There is no charge to see Pike Market nor any discounts for the relatively cheap monorail.

The Visitor's center has coupon booklets and they contain a coupon for $2 off each up to 5 tickets. I've never seen discount coupons anywhere else. Later in the afternoon the rates do not change. It is one price all day.
