With the mega resorts of Atlantis and BahaMar, staff aren't always treated well -- by the htoel or the guest. As a local, I regularly see guests treat staff with utter contempt and rudeness.

TA staff are easily identified by the prefix "TA" before their name, IE – TA Jack or TA Jill and the words “TripAdvisor Staff” below it.
