12 years ago. I joined Hertz Gold Club earlier this year while they were offering it free of charge, and made a booking for a car for my holiday last 2 weeks of April. Upon arrival at MCO I switched on my mobile and received an E-mail from Hertz stating which car I had been allocated and in which bay it was located.
For a limited period Hertz are offering free membership to its gold reward programme, it normally costs $60. There are a number of advantages you can gain from this including no queueing at the counter, car assigned before you arrive waiting in a bay for you and no additional driver fees for spouse or civil partners.
Hertz has another program that's free, but I can't remember what it's called right now.My husband signed up for it before we went to Maui and it worked out great.
