Yes, but it is cheaper to retain a driver for the amount of time you want to stay before/after check-in. The drivers are located at the entrance close to the baggage hold. They did hold for me after checkout but charged a fee of five or ten dollars. Yes. They charge $5 per bag for the day. Just paid $10 on 10/16.
