It's bad, always bad. I had a similar issue last year but I was in the park on the app. I was able to update my card info on the website once I was back in the hotel. I think my problem was that 3 digit verification code on the back of the card had to be re-entered. I just tried to update my card info on the app and I'm j just getting a blank page.

Their normal mode of operations would be to contact you and offer to give you back your own money after you change your review to a very positive one. SO you can get back the money owed to you.
