Technology is such that direct links from rental companies are imbedded in OTA, airline & other rental booking channels so you don’t book a rental car when a location is closed.

Online, Fox Car Rentals beats the other rental companies by a couple of dollars, but they are unaware of how to treat people. I was tired and feeling really hopeless, as it appeared that I was stranded, with my very hungry and very tired 7 year old daughter, at the rental car counter without a way of getting to our travel destination.

We did reserve a Jeep Grand Cherokee car with FOX using Booking.com and at the time of reservation we selected Full Protection with Booking.com.
Never rent from 'Fox rent a car'. It was our biggest mistake. Long line to wait in TPA (1.5 hours), sales associates mislead and try to sell services which you don't really need.
