Technology is such that direct links from rental companies are imbedded in OTA, airline & other rental booking channels so you don’t book a rental car when a location is closed.

   Jan 30, 2024, 5:31 PM. We just came back from Arizona and went through wisecars which gave us a Fox rent a car. We are from Canada and our insurance was to allow more than one driver. We found this was not acceptable to Fox and charged us extra for my spouses ability to drive with insurance.

   UPDATE: I gave Fox a favorable review, but have since received a bill from Fox for $47.42 for Tolls!!! That's 2.42 for the tolls, and $45 of ADMINISTRATION FEE. In FL there are some toll roads that do not collect cash and so if you don't have a Sunpass and are in a rental car you get totally RIPPED OFF! Beware!! I NO LONGER RECOMMEND FOX CAR ...

   Do not rent from FOX rental. A number of hidden fees and you end up paying more than if you went with other leading rental companies. My initial estimates were supposed to be $350.00, but after all the hidden fees, we end up paying close to $600.00.

   What a stupid business practice. I rent cars all the time & will never rent from Fox sgain so they’ll lose a lot more than $321 & I will trash them in every social media forum I can find. By the way, they may be the cheapest rental outfit but they’re also the worst. Oldest, dirtiest cars and the most inconvenient pickup & dropoff locations.
