The LATAM website is apparently still broken after all these years. I tried multiple browsers and it still won't let me book my flight. It sounds like some people have had success booking tickets with them by using Expedia, but that seems even more risky and complicated if a refund is needed later (i.e. if covid restrictions cause more problems).
