If the ticket is bought via a travel agent (possibly used by the company mentioned in #5 above), or if a company has a corporate account with the airline, then credit card verification is typically not necessary. Such verification only happens when you book direct with some airlines.

The verification of the credit card is more often than not associated with tickets purchased directly from the airlines and not 3rd party sites. Please contact the airline in advance prior to purchasing the ticket to clarify the requirements.
