There is public transportation from Sea-Tac to Everett, but you may prefer a transfer service. If it were me (and I had the time) I would take the light rail to downtown seattle from SEA-TAC and transfer to the Sound Transit Express Bus Everett 510/512. Once at Everett I would probably call the hotel to come pick me up.
1. Re: How do I Travel from Seatac to Everett. You would take the light rail downtown from the airport and get off at the Westlake Station. Exit up to the Westlake Plaza and go to the bus stop on 4th ave (right across the street from the Westlake Station). Take Sound Express 512 to the Everett Park and Ride.
Everett Train Station is known as the Everett Transit Center. It is right near the Everett Events Center on Hewitt and Broadway, which is just a few blocks west of I-5. The station is a block east of Broadway and two blocks south of Hewitt. It would be possible to take the light rail to Seattle Westlake Center, then take a bus to the same station.

My thought was to take the bus into downtown. There is a new bus route that stops at the airport.
Answer 1 of 2: I've been searching for inexpensive transportation to/from Everett to Seatac airport. I found the cheapest to be the Sound Transit Express #512 to downtown Seattle, then transfer to Sound Transit Link Light Rail to the airport.
