Had purchased Costco through Zurich and always had good results with Costco. Not so much this time. Put in my claim June 5, 2024 and called numerous times waiting hours on the phone.
Zurich has asked for documentation which we sent, twice, and then sent a 2-3 page form asking irrelevant questions about what did we buy, value of contents, etc. The policy states that they will pay for delayed luggage. They DO NOT. I would avoid using GoReady/Zurich for travel insurance.
