Upon pick-up at the Dulles airport, I was brought out to the dimly lit garage where the attendent asked me to choose a car. Upon choosing a car, the employee simply handed me the keys and asked me to sign.
This was exceptional, exceptionally bad. The process of hiring the pre-booked car, handing over the keys, giving directions to the car and completing paperwork was done with a minimum of syllables and grunts, all the while having conversations with other agents behind the counter.

We have an Alamo booking through our travel agent, we also have an Alamo membership (Alamo Insiders) account. We are picking up at LAX in June 2016. I would prefer to book online, that would have been much easier than booking through an agent. We would like to enable an online check-in for this booking but don't know how to do it.
