Upon pick-up at the Dulles airport, I was brought out to the dimly lit garage where the attendent asked me to choose a car. Upon choosing a car, the employee simply handed me the keys and asked me to sign.

Here is a warning to anybody going to pick up a car at Alamo Miami Airport: We visited Florida last year and arrived at Miami airport. We had a pre-paid rental car via Holiday Autos. We had paid for a convertible and the rental location agent was Alamo. When we arrived at the pick-up desk at Miami airport we were served by a very pleasant lady.

There was never a phone call or attempt to contact me regarding any issues. Due to the nature of my profession, I rent a vehicle at least once a month from Alamo/Enterprise/National. I always inspect the vehicle before driving it off the lot and am adamant about having an employee do the walk-around after returning it.
