I know Cathay Pacific is a much nicer airline, but Philippine Airlines has a non-stop flight which is nice. Kinda holding back ever since I heard of the fire engine failure on Philippine Airlines in Los Angeles. Philippine Airline PROS: non-stop both ways. Cathay Pacific CONS: 1:20 min layover going there, and a 4:30 min layover coming back.

URGENT! The terminal should be on your ticket, but normally **Cebgo** flights who use turbo props use T4 (even the Cebu ones), all other Cebu Pacific flights use T3. The best and quickest way to get to and from the terminals is by using Grab or a taxi. How long it takes depends of the time of the day.

Currently they are however if you arrive in the domestic side of T3 you walk through a row of what will be immigration desks from when T3 becomes the international only terminal and cebu pacific domestic flights will move so give yourself 4 hours in case that happens.
