    It would be hard to justify against offers from MGM etc if I had to pay full price. That said I think most Vegas hotel rates seem high without offers, I'm just used to getting discounts! They are still reasonable when marked against any 5* hotel outside of Nevada. By the way, each time I have used the resort credit for a spa day.
