2. Re: which is the best car rental company at the airport. 14 years ago. Enterprise by a mile. Hertz, Alamo, and Avis never seemed to care. Last time I rented from Hertz one of the workers blamed me for a mistake that was obviously theirs. Enterprise by comparison was a first class operation.

You can return a car after hours and leave your keys in the drop box, but if you need to speak to someone at the desk, they're usually only open 9-5 and may close for lunch.
