Answer 1 of 18: Hi folks - We're planning on our first visit to Florida in September and we love to travel around. Unfortunately, I'm finding a lot of car rental agencies that won't permit you to take the car out of the state.
6 years ago. Enterprise Holdings is the Parent Company of Alamo, Enterprise and National - so I'd suspect that all three will offer "choose your own!" FWIW, we just returned from TPA where we used Avis again for a third time running - nice cars but allocated in advance.
