The City Hall of Quebec City ( French: Hôtel de ville de Québec) is the seat of local government in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. Montrealers actually have a reputation of being polite and welcoming. In general, the people in Ville de Quebec are very nice, but not nearly as cosmopolitan as Montrealers. On the other hand, few speak English. It is still entirely possible for an English speaking gentleman to get along quite well there.
