I don't feel you have a valid complaint against Expedia. You can always go directly to the hotel's webpage and make any special requests yourself, and it should tell you the pricing. I would advise always booking directly with the hotel and with the airline. Report inappropriate content. 11-20 of 106 replies.
This will probably not get posted, but just in case, how do you get Expedia to respond to a problem after the fact. My wife and I had tickets to fly from Naples to Venice on May 11. 2015. We arrived at the airport only to find out that the flight had been discontinued last November. Expedia never notified us of that.
Since I do not know what Expedia's answer to this dilemma would be, it is hard to weigh my options. Like the OP and others, I am curious how one gets Expedia's attention other than being on the phone for hours trying to get through. They apparently do not have an email option, and the Chat feature has proven to be useless.
