I'd take a close look at one in a store. If you don't see that statement, I'd jot down the Customer Service number and call before you buy one.
Votes. Just use the gift card to book on priceline. com. and then present your own debit or Visa card with your name on it when you check into the hotel with your identification. This will work. If you go to a hotel that does not charge for incidentals call me you can even have zero balance on your debit card.
