I always took Uber from CMH Airport to downtown Columbus where I used to live and the fare was always $20 or less. OSU isn't much further from Downtown Columbus. If you're trying to save money, the AirConnect is never busy and is a great method of transit and you can get dropped off in downtown Columbus and then Uber or Lyft from downtown to OSU.
