    I have been a Lebara customer for more than 6 months now in the UK. I ordered a sim card from the Lebara UK website for my wife last week. On receiving the sim I tried to top-up the sim but it failed 3 times a total of £25 was charged to my card. I called customer care on 0870 075 5588 to discuss my issue.

    The comparable EE bundle is £25 for 1000 UK minutes, Unlimited UK SMS and 4GB UK data per month. paying more for less is no fun but I needed something that works. This is my experience, but keep in mind Lebara operates on Vodafone and if you google 'Worst UK mobile phone network' you can decide for yourself.
