I have been a Lebara customer for more than 6 months now in the UK. I ordered a sim card from the Lebara UK website for my wife last week. On receiving the sim I tried to top-up the sim but it failed 3 times a total of £25 was charged to my card. I called customer care on 0870 075 5588 to discuss my issue.

1) How could a payment going through Lebara.uk -> Flexi Plan -> Flexiplan 'M' -> Paynow is not a Flexi plan? 2) What sort of plan is £15/month that calls and texts only Lebara mobile and no UK calling or data? 3) Lebara had stored our credit card details without out any confirmation.

This is my experience, but keep in mind Lebara operates on Vodafone and if you google 'Worst UK mobile phone network' you can decide for yourself.
